III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions governing them:

Payments for services provided will be made by Hastings Borough Council on behalf of Rother District Council on receipt of invoices from the contractor identifying work completed for both authorities in accordance with the specification or other requirements as authorised. These will normally be paid via BACS system within 30 days of receipt of invoice. The contractor will submit invoices to Amicus Horizon Ltd. for work carried out on their premises and in accordance with their instructions.
