IV.1.2) Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate:

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:

It is intended that a minimum of 6 applicants will be shortlisted for the ITT stage, depending upon whether there are sufficient numbers of applicants who apply and satisfy the pass/fail criteria. The applicants who are shortlisted will be those who achieve the highest score and satisfy the pass fail requirements. See PQQ for further information.

VI.3) Additional information:

South West One reserves the right not to proceed with the procurement at any time during the process, which shall include the right not to award the contract. The Purchasing Authority is acting on behalf on Somerset County Council, Taunton Deane Council and Avon and Somerset Constabulary and South West One. Due to the different solutions for these services that are currently in place, all responses to this tender should include options to be evaluated individually and collectively, and for future authorities to be added to the contract if desired.
