Gasunie is a European gasinfrastructure company. It`s network is one of Europe`s largest networks in high pressure gastransport and captures over 15 000 kilometres of pipeline in The Netherlands and Northern Germany, tens of installations and about 1 300 gasreception stations. Annual throughput of gas is about 125 000 000 000 cubic metres.

Gasunie applies an e-tool for managing its supply base. In order to access the event`s details and specifications, you first need to register at http://gasunie.supplier.ariba.com/. The interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. But in case you have any questions when registering, there is a manual available at http://www.gasunie.nl/_inkoop. In case you still experience an issue after reading the manual, you canaddress the issue to your Gasunie contact. In case you registered before at the mentioned website, please verify your registered information. Parallel to your registration or verification of your registered information, please announce your interest for qualification by sending an email to the Gasunie contact as indicated in this announcement stating:

— your name and company name,

— the title of the event you are interested to join.

Within 48 hours after the registration/verification AND email, you will receive an invitation (including a link) to join the sourcing event.

Please be aware: the person that registers should be authorized to act in an European tender procedure of the company. This authorization also applies to the declarations as are relevant in the selection procedure. Please note that completion of a select number of fields is mandatory for registration.

Potential suppliers will be granted access to the e-sourcing system to participate in the procedure. The contact details as submitted in your registration will be applied. Please note that your company`s details will be treated as confidential and only Gasunie employees that are involved in the specific sourcing event will have access. This qualification is published by N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie and is also applicable for participations of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie. Examples of these participations are Gasunie Deutschland GmbH & Co, KG and Gasunie Ostsee Anbindungsleitung GmbH.

Only manufacturers are allowed to participate in this qualification. Manufacturers can be represented by third parties, like agents. When a third party applies this must be approved by the manufacturer. Only one third party may apply for a manufacturer.
